The Bess Choice! - Directing U.

There are many workshops for Early Childhood Educators; however few have been designed to meet the needs of Directors and Administrators, who are managing not only children, but also the adults (parents and teachers) of Daycare, Preschool and Early Learning Centers. 

Directing U. is a program designed to assist Directors and Early Learning Center Administrators in creating programs that effectively educate young children, support teachers and caregivers and unify home and school.  

Directing U. Workshops: (ninety-minute programs)

        • Start from a Place of Peace- Soothing Music, Deep Breathing, Calm Teacher 

        • Creating Positive Partnerships between Teachers and Parents

        • Team Building – Creating a TEAM You Would Want to be a part of

        • Effective Team Management in the ECE Setting – Cooperation and Delineation

Please note:  Any of the workshops listed above can be offered at your own program’s location so the entire staff can learn as “ONE”.
