The Bess Choice! is an education and consultation service designed to serve you and make your time with children fun, productive and enjoyable.
A variety of educational opportunities and consultation services are available, from Cindy Rzasa Bess, Ph.D. including:
In-Service Director/Teacher Trainings These are fun, informational and educational training
programs for ECE professionals on a wide range of
topics at your program location. These ninety-minute
and two-hour long presentations are ideal for your
entire staff to meet specific program needs. Informal
Q/A sessions are great for shorter staff meetings.
On-Site Parent Coffees & Workshops Create a supportive home-school link by offering
educational programs for your parents and families.
As it has been said again and again, "it takes a
village to raise a child." Connect with your families in
meaningful ways by providing a formal informational
presentation on a timely topic, or hosting an informal
coffee hour for open-ended discussion and a chance
for Q & A.
Consultation Services Opportunity to directly contract with Cindy and receive direct support
services for daycare and preschool programs over the program year.
Classroom Observations Opportunity to directly contract with Cindy to conduct classroom observations
in your Infant/Toddler or Early Childhood Education program.
Teaching U. This is a centralized education program designed and presented by Cindy to inform and
facilitate Infant and Toddler Caregivers, Early Childhood Educators, and Directors and/or
Program Administrators serving young children.
Parenting U. Another centralized education program designed and presented by Cindy, which endeavors
to support and educate Parents, Grandparents and Nannies/AuPairs.
Caring for and educating young children is a very important job! As parents, caregivers and educators, everything we do lays the groundwork for the eventual person in our care. Nature works with nurture. Although the ultimate outcome is in the hand of the individual, as children they hold the blue-print (nature), but we provide the underpinnings for growth and personal realization (nurture).
